Why should I use Yuup! products?
Yuup! products are formulated with ingredients extracts and oils of natural origin. Human personal care grade ingredients, specially combined and formulated according to the needs of our pets! This allows us to always grant very high quality and safety standards, to safeguard the health of our furry friend and ours.

What is the difference beween Home and Professional lines?
The Home line has been developed for consumers, whenever we wash our dog or cat at home or for maintenance between professional grooming. e.g. oils & lotions, paw balms, dry shampoo.
The Professional line has been created specifically for groomers. Products of this collection are highly performing and concentrated. This means they need to be diluted when used.
However, the Professional line is made available also for consumers for whomever wants to achieve professional results at home.
How do I know which product is good for my dog breed?
Yuup! products are differentiated for the final result they provide, regardless of the dog breed. Moisturizing, volumizing, sensitive skin are just some example. So that, also mixed breed dogs, can find their best beauty routine.

Can I use Yuup! products on my cat?
Absolutely! Yuup! products are suitable both for dogs and cats.
Our Green-Oriented Philosophy
Our mission is to create cosmetics in harmony with the skin physiology, so selected and skin-like that they that can also be used by humans.
For us it is essential to create formulation that respect the epidermis and the hydrolipidic film of the animal, ensuring at the same time, hand care, hydration and health for those who use them, wash after wash.
This is why we have decided to stick to same rules in force for human cosmetics.
All Yupp! products are therefore in the name of of a green-oriented philosophy: we researched and selected natural and eco-friendly, highly performing ingredients which guarantee high safety and professional results.
Paraben, Phthalate, SLS & SLES Free
Natural Ingredients
All Yuup! products are based on natural ingredients, extracts and oils.
Paraben Free
The toxicity and effects of prolonged use of products with parabens have been studied for years. Our products are free of them to safeguard the health of our pet friends.
Phthalate Free
The ingredients and packaging used are free from from phthalates which are dangerous elements for our health and the one of our pets.
Petrolchemical derivates Free
As reported in the INCI ingredient list of our products, we do not use any petrolchemical derivated products, but only ingredients of natural origin.
SLS and SLES free
In all our shampoos we only use surfactants of vegetal origin, completely free of SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) and SLES (sodium laureth sulfate).
No animal Testing
Four us animals have the same importance as a human being, that's the reason why our products are for them and not tested on them.

Delivery & Returns
Do you offer same day delivery in the United Arab Emirates?
- We are offering same day delivery for Dubai in specific metropolitan areas, and the cut-off time is 12pm, i.e. you should order the goods before 12pm to receive it on the same day. Otherwise your order will be delivered on the following day.
- For Abu Dhabi and Sharjah same day delivery is also available, and the cut-off time is 10:00am.
Can I return a product purchased?
We guarantee our consumer customers the right of withdrawal of the products purchased, without having to specify the reason and without any penalty, up to the term of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product itself. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers.
To return the purchased products, following procedure applies:
- Contact customer service at the e-mail address info@yuupmiddleeast.com with the subject "return request" or Whatsapp +971585218806;
- prepare the package like you have received it with a copy of the delivery note (or invoice, when requested)
- Once return is approved, courier will collect the package.
Goods returned to any address other than the one above will not be accepted. The risks of damage and loss connected to the shipment will remain the full responsibility of the Customer. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
The returned product must be in a normal state of conservation and substantially intact, must be in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and any manuals, without any lack.
The right of withdrawal will not be exercisable in the event of:
- supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and which have been opened after delivery or in the case of supply of products which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods;
- supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- supply of goods which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly.

- Next Day Delivery is available to City and City Limits. City Limits are areas around cities in the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and UAQ, and have a cut-off time at 4:00pm.
- Remote Area Delivery will be scheduled according to the Out-of-Delivery-Area table: ODA UAE
