So where do we deliver?
At the moment we deliver to all the seven Emirates - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, RAK, Sharjah, Ajman, & UAQ. Delivery prices may differ for the different Emirates.
Shipping Policy
- Please make sure to insert your complete address incl. phone number to avoid any delays in receiving your order.
- We are offering same day delivery for Dubai in specific metropolitan areas, however the cut-off time is 12pm, i.e. you should order the goods before 12pm to receive it on the same day. Otherwise your order will be delivered on the following day.
- For Abu Dhabi and Sharjah same day delivery is also available, but the cut-off time is 10:00am.
- Next Day Delivery is available to City and City Limits. City Limits are areas around cities in the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and UAQ, and have a cut-off time at 4:00pm.
- Remote Area Delivery will be scheduled according to the Out-of-Delivery-Area table. Please check it here: UAE ODA
- Orders made on Saturdays for "Same-day" will be delivered only on the same day, if purchased before 12pm for Dubai city area, and for Abu Dhabi and Sharjah city area if purchased before 10am. If purchased after these cut-off times, the order will be delivered on Monday. "Next-day" deliveries purchased on Saturdays will be delivered on Tuesday in metropolitan areas.
- Orders made on Sundays will be processed the next day, i.e. "Same-day" delivery will be processed on Monday and delivered the same day, while "Next-day" delivery will be delivered on Tuesday in metropolitan areas.
- Orders are shipped in purple boxes by our fulfillment center.
