We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to withdraw from the product purchase. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers.
Since we process orders quickly (sometimes less than an hour after your order is placed), we request that you inform us immediately if you would like to cancel your order in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders that are cancelled after an order is fulfilled will be subject to refund fees.
Refunds for online orders will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer, while "Cash on delivery" purchases will be refunded via bank transfer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
To request a return please follow this procedure:
- please send us an email to email@example.com or write a WhatsApp message to +971 58 521 8806 - with the subject line "Return Request", indicating your order number and which item you would like to return.
- Await return approval and prepare the goods to be returned in their original packaging, with a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
- The returned product must be in a normal state of conservation and substantially intact, complete with all accessories, manuals etc.
- Provide all contact details, date and preferred timing to schedule pick up of goods to be returned.
